Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, give training, provide feedback, and set clear goals for the team to achieve their sales quota;

Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth revenue and align sales efforts towards overall business objectives;

Customer Relationship Management:

Aside from building and maintaining good customer relationships with clients, the team leader must work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences and provide solutions to meet their requirements;

Performance Management:

Conduct regular performance evaluations, recognize and reward top performers, and identify training and development needs to enhance the skills of the sales team.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management; Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; Utilize system tools and other sales tools to track leads, manage accounts, and streamline sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce products or services offered by the company and provide relevant information to pique interest.

Sales Pitch:

Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to each customer’s needs and preferences. Highlight product features, benefits, and pricing to encourage purchase decisions.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers professionally and courteously. Listen actively to their queries, concerns, and objections, and address them effectively to build trust and rapport.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products or services, including specifications, pricing, and promotions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Sales Closing:

Utilize effective closing techniques to secure sales and achieve targets. Overcome objections and negotiate terms to finalize sales transactions. Follow-Up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Provide additional information, address concerns, and encourage them to proceed with the purchase.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system (HubSpot). Prepare reports on sales performance, including conversion rates, call volume, and revenue generated.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while conducting sales activities. Ensure compliance with telemarketing laws and regulations, including Do Not Call lists and consent requirements.
