Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead, give training, provide feedback, and set clear goals for the team to achieve their sales quota.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth revenue and align sales efforts towards overall business objectives.
  3. Build and maintain good customer relationships with clients; work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations, recognize and reward top performers, and identify training and development needs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  5. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Utilize system tools and other sales tools to track leads, manage accounts, and streamline sales processes;
