Karizza’s career journey began in the culinary industry, where she honed her leadership skills in banquet services and as a team lead aboard a cruise ship. Seeking new challenges, she transitioned to the BPO industry before discovering her passion for sales at Zenith in 2021. Starting in telesales, her adaptability and drive quickly propelled her to Assistant Sales Acquisition Officer and eventually to Head of Sales Agent Acquisition. Now, she thrives in the fast-paced world of sales, finding fulfillment in empowering freelance agents to succeed independently while growing Zenith’s network.
