Joy’s career began as a bank loan teller, where she spent four years gaining valuable finance experience. She then transitioned to an office manager role in Dubai, refining her leadership skills. At Zenith, Joy now thrives as both the Loan Releasing Officer and Admin Head, where she finds fulfillment in organizing operations and leading her team. One of her greatest rewards is seeing the satisfaction of agents when their commissions are released and clients when they receive their loan proceeds.
